Zotero Chrome Plug-In Overriding Editors in Book Sections (chapters)

Hello everyone! I have recently installed the Zotero plug-in for Google Chrome. On the webpages of book sections (i.e. chapters), whenever I save them onto my Zotero library, I have noticed that the editors of the volume are not transferred (I have had to do it manually so that they appear in the bibliography on Word). Is this a general problem or can I adjust the preferences of the plugin itself? Thanks in advance!

Can you provide a sample URL where you're seeing this?

(it's not something you can adjust; it's either a problem of the site or Zotero's import script for the site, which is why we're asking for the URL).

Thanks -- I have a fix under review for Zotero's import from Springer, that will correctly import editors. For JBE, that information is nowhere (systematic) on the page, so not much we can do about that.
