Word on PC not connecting with Zotero

I recently bought a new computer and added zotero. I had Zotero before but could not find a way to bring my old zotero library to appear in my new computer, so added a new one. After various attempts and fallowing all the trouble shooting recommendations I have not been able to connect my word documents to zotero. It does not appear at all on word.

Can anyone help please?
