Non-responsive plugin buttons [Report ID 1432919254]

Hello, I'm using MS word 2016, and Zotero 5.0.54. The plugin appears in word and buttons are clickable, but no insert citation window appears and there is no response from any button.

    Try running Zotero, Word or both as Administrator.

    This isn’t a good fix, though — you don’t want to run programs as administrator unnecessarily. If you run both programs as your regular user, does the problem come back?
