I have done that myself in a new style. Send me your email in a message and I send you the style file in attach. To send a message click on "Inbox" on the top menu. If Zotero admins are interested I can send it to them to put on styles repository as "APA with full author name", or they can do it themselves, its even better.

Actually, can you please just list all of the changes to the stock APA style that you are looking for, as well as provide information on the publisher and a link to the author guidelines?
