Upgrade StorageRemoving Zotero code from older Word doc
I am trying to remove the Zotero code from my dissertation chapters (2014). I haven't used Zotero in years and now my Library is empty. I have a new iMac on which I downloaded Zotero and the Word Plug-in. When I click on a footnote and then press 'Unlink Citations', I get this message: You must insert a citation before performing this operation.
It is unclear to remove the code. Suggestions?

rchapdelaine10Found the answer from a 2010 discussion: cmd+fn+shift+f9. It worked.
