This style is massively out of date and does not match our in-house Harvard style. Even the member of staff who created it no longer works for us. Could it be deleted from the repository please?

Can you link to the guidelines?
I notice you have this style https://www.zotero.org/styles/harvard-cite-them-right so if this could be copied over we can tweak any minor changes that need to be made.
