Says I've reached my storage limit even though I am part of institution plan

when I try to sync from my desktop I get this message:

The group 'DWF' has reached its Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.

This doesnt make sense because my storage plan is supposed to be unlimited
  • You're syncing from a different account.
  • Doesn't look like it. The affiliated email is the email I used to update the email list on the storage list
  • Well, you're not in that group from the account you're posting from, so you're definitely not syncing from this one. To be clear, this is about the username configured in the Zotero software, not the one you're logged into.
  • Aren't group quotas determined by the group owner? If so, is the DWF group owned by an account not covered by that storage plan?
  • @noksagt: Yes, that too. The group owner will need to be changed or added to the plan. But the posting account has unlimited storage, so I assume that's the one they intend to be syncing from, regardless of the group issue.
