Upgrade StorageWord could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is running and try again
I've been using Zotero without any problems until today (and I have to hand-in a paper tomorrow). When I clic in the "Add/Edit citation" button appears this message: Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is running and try again.
I've tried to follow every single step you have already explain here, yet I've found no solution to this problem. I sent an error notification and this is the code.
