Chrome connector doesn't download PDF from IEEE

Suing the Zotero Chrome connector, I was unable to download the pdf from this site:

https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/1265201/

The article metadata were instead imported successfully

That works for me. You can open the PDF manually and this is the URL exactly as you see it?

sorry, no, I had two separate questions:
1. Can you open the PDF manually (the answer appears to be yes) and
2. Is this https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/abstract/document/1265201/ the exact URL you're seeing and that you're saving from?

Yes. The extension also works on other sites. only IEEE gives the problem
