Merge two word file into a word file

Hi,

I have two word files that were worked with Zotero successfully. I would like to combine these tow word file into a word file. How can I do that? I tried many times.

My way is to copy the file into another file will all references etc. But after this process, Zotero see the copied part as the number and it doesn't show that part in references.
Could you help me.

    You can just copy one behind the other, yes. If that isn't working, you'd have to say more about what doesn't work. I'm afraid I don't follow "Zotero see the copied part as the number and it doesn't show that part in references."

    Could you describe the exact operations preceding that error?

    Copy the text with Zotero references and past it to another file.

    Sorry, but you'll have to take the time to be precise.

    E.g. I'm pretty sure you don't get that error message just after pasting. Presumably you pressed a button? What was in the other file you pasted into? Which software exactly? etc. etc.

    As I say, in general this works, so if it doesn't in your case, you'll have to take the time to provide as much detail as possible for us to be able to figure out why.
