1) what exactly is happening (error, nothing, no translator icon, etc.)
2) provide a URL exactly as you see it
3) see if this is also a problem with individual entries or just with search results (and if so which)
Here is an example: https://www.scopus.com/results/results.uri?numberOfFields=0&src=s&clickedLink=&edit=t&editSaveSearch=&origin=searchbasic&authorTab=&affiliationTab=&advancedTab=&scint=1&menu=search&tablin=&searchterm1=ilegems&field1=AUTHOR_NAME&dateType=Publication_Date_Type&yearFrom=Before+1960&yearTo=Present&loadDate=7&documenttype=All&accessTypes=All&resetFormLink=&st1=ilegems&st2=&sot=b&sdt=b&sl=20&s=AUTHOR-NAME(ilegems)&sid=e0a23f4647cc3dc620d9386a4429c7ff&searchId=e0a23f4647cc3dc620d9386a4429c7ff&txGid=f80ca455520da6082df83c4685a451b1&sort=plf-f&originationType=b&rr=
It works fine with single reference retrieval, but the Zotero connector shows a webpage icon when more than one reference is detected.
Any idea how to update Scopus' translator to fix that?
This should now be fixed after updating your translators from the preferences (or for everyone within 24hs). Any remaining problems let me know.
