Style request: based on Cite Them Right 10th edition, but listing all authors in the reference list
Hello,
Would it be possible create a style for our institution that is almost identical to Cite Them Right 10th edition Harvard? The only thing we need to change is that sources with 4 or more authors in the reference list give all author instead of the first author followed by et al. The in-text citation would remain the same as CTR 10th ed.
Many thanks in advance,
Lynn.

I've made a style: https://github.com/POBrien333/styles/raw/457db95bb7ef809af734ecead29ca0db67696713/london-metropolitan-university.csl
Extensions don't mean anything on the internet, so we can't just intercept any .csl URL. If we did, you wouldn't even be able to browse to, e.g., https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/academy-of-management-review.csl, which is an HTML page.
We could in theory offer to install if 1) the URL ended in .csl and 2) the server either didn't include a Content-Type header or specified text/plain, but it's hard to know if that would break things. We could probably at least do it if 3) the domain was raw.githubusercontent.com.
The style has not been reviewed and updated on the repository yet. So the old one is still on the repository.
Try this: https://github.com/POBrien333/styles/raw/bd546e8be0c549f8a3c34aa0d210dd13df487607/london-metropolitan-university.csl
You can follow the progress here: https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/pull/3473
These changes don't seem to affect content served from https://raw.githubusercontent.com. There is also https://raw.githack.com/, which has its own MIME database for file extensions (see https://github.com/rgrove/rawgit/issues/74). So we could add the CSL style MIME type there too if there is interest.
