ICMJE [1] is the same as Vancouver, but you'll typically see small variations between journals such as the number of authors before et al, how much date information is included, precise spacing between data/vol/year, and of course the in-text format.

[1] The International Council of Medical Journal Editors met in Vancouver when they agreed on these guidelines
