About the style of Journal of Antibiotics
I found that the style of Journal of Antibiotics are wrong.
In the style provided by zotero, it looked as follows.
Katz, L. & Baltz, R. H. Natural product discovery: past, present, and future. J. Ind. Microbiol. Biotechnol. 43, 155–176 (2016).
However it should be as follows in Journal of Antibiotics.
Katz L., Baltz RH, Natural product discovery: past, present, and future. J Ind Microbiol Biotechnol. 2016;43:155–176.
Is it possible to fix this style?

I checked several papers carefully again and found that the reference styles are different among the papers.
Although there are some papers in style from zotero, I have a impression that the style from authors instruction is more frequently used in the recent papers (so far I have checked).
May be they changed the format recently (They moved to nature publishing group recently, so it might be the reason).

I will discuss about this with the editor when I submit the paper to JA.
Thank you,
Did you make any progress with your paper and the editors?
