Upgrade StorageWord 365 v.16.11 won't recognize Zotero
Hi, I updated Zotero, went through the cite pane & hit the reinstall on Microsoft Word button, turned off & turned on Word & still don't see Zotero showing up in the Word toolbar. Do I have to shut the entire computer down? I checked on Word help & got a message that Word 365 isn't allowing 3rd party apps on. Does that apply to you?

Bill RohringFYI, Zotero notes that it has properly loaded the updated app onto Word & that Word just needs to be shut down & re-started. I've done that several times, but still don't see the Zotero stylized Z in the toolbar at the top of the page.
