Top toolbar separated on Standalone UI, or am I dreaming?

Is it just me, or did the update to 5.0.38 result in the upper toolbar (File Edit Tools Help) to add an extra line of tools? It used to be more compact, no?

    There were some UI changes on Windows with 5.0.36. If you think something is wrong could you upload a screenshot somewhere and post a link?

    It seems now that the color was made more uniform in the uppermost toolbar. That may have made it seem like there was more empty space than usual. It still does appear as if a whole toolbar line has been sacrificed for 4 words (File, Edit, Tools, Help)

    The Standalone app on Windows has always had the menu bar (File, Edit, etc.). Recently, the coloring of the menubar and the toolbar below were made uniform, but the spacing of the bars did not change.
