Upgrade StorageWill not save to Zotero through Firefox connector
I keep getting this message on Firefox - An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information.

adamsmithZotero is not able to rename a file in your storage directory. We have seen one other user with exactly the same issue (see https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/70924/handling-of-pdf-files#latest ), but we have not been able to figure out at this point what causes this. The most likely cause is security software, so if there are any tools that you can disable for testing, that'd be helpful.
