Import Biography into Zotero

Hello,

I have a word document where I used many references and I used Zotero. I forgot to synk, therefore none of my references is saved into my zotero. How can I import the biography into Zotero? Thanks

    You can import the bibliography into Zotero using http://rintze.zelle.me/ref-extractor/

    Note that the imported items will be new items, not connected to the existing citations in your document, and your library won’t include any attachment files you may have had. If you have a backup of your original library or the library still present on another computer, restoring from that would be better.

    Thanks! I have created the JSON document, what should I do now? I cannot find an option that says 'import to Zotero'?
