Save citation automatically in bibliography

Hell together,

when i add a citation it appears in the right form in my document behind my sentence. In the citation style i want.
But it doesn't save it in my bibliography? I mean the part at the end of the thesis where all sources are together.
Can someone help me with that problem?

    Yes i did that already but it still doesn't appear

    This should just work. Could you describe how exactly your adding citations? The bibliography?

    I click on Add Citation and chose the one i wont to have. Then it appears behind my sentence.
    But not in the bibliography

    And you have inserted the bibliography using the Word add-on too, right? Try
    1) Deleting and re-inserting the bibliography
    2) Clicking on "Add/Edit Bibliography" and see if you can click the "Revert All" button.

    Ah perfect it worked now :)
    The only thing is that a citation i delete in my text is still in my bibliography then.
    but i can remove that manually then
