I try to save library pages through the Primo option because it captures more information, but keep getting an error. While I can save pages using metadata, or web page (with or without screenshot), I prefer Primo. My web page then freezes and crashes. How to fix this?

    Which browser? What URL are you trying to save?

    There were just some changes in the Primo translator, so @JSorel, you should try the latest version. Your Zotero Connector should auto-update within 24 hours, or you can update manually by clicking Update Translators in the Advanced pane of the Zotero Connector preferences.
