error in updating document - Help???

Proposal is due in a day and I'm drawing a Zotero error:

Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
The command is not available [Insertfieldraw:document.cpp]

Any idea what to do?

    Clarification: I'm using Word 2016 and the latest Zotero update. I read other discussions referring a similar error. I did switch from Chicago to Nature format and then back again.

    What specific versions of Word (e.g., 16.9.1) and Zotero? Try deleting the bibliography in your document and reinserting it.

    Could you submit a Report ID from Zotero and post it here?

    Afterwards, could you use the step 8 from debugging broken documents instructions to isolate the problematic citation(s), copy it into a new doc, ensure that it is still broken in that new doc and email the doc to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread and steps you take to reproduce the broken behaviour?
