ID: 821140214 - cannot synchronize

I am uncertain what is causing this error. I am running Windows 10 with Zotero 5.0.34 standalone. I also have loaded the Firefox, Chrome, and Word 2016 plugins.

It seems that the plugins are all working correctly. I am able to grab files from websites and databases and store them in the Zotero standalone. I can then use the Word plugins to produce citations and bibliographies. The only problem is the synchronization. Nothing syncs.

1) Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for this?

2) This will most likely go away if you restart Zotero.

Sorry, I did not copy the Debug ID. However, I did update Firefox, rebooted my system, and allowed the Zotero Standalone to update. No problems this morning, so you are right - the restart seems to have done the trick!
