Sciencedirect advanced search tab not working with zotero

In firefox , Whenever i try to download the publications database by utilising the general search tab of Sciencedirect database, it works fine. But when i use the advanced search tab of sciencedirect to filter the search process, at that time , the zotero connector doesnot connect with the standalone and doesnot show the popup window "saving to mylibrary" .Please guide me how to solve the problem

    I have attached the Report ID: 1683810844 . Whenever i use the advance search option of sciencedirect , it does not download the metadatas of publications in batches. The url is - "https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/search"

    Could you restart your computer and then produce a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector?

    1. Open the Zotero Connector preferences
    2. In the Advanced tab of the Zotero Connector preferences, check the box next to “Enable Logging.” Do not close this tab.
    3. In a new tab navigate to ScienceDirect search that produces the issue, try saving some items and wait a few seconds to allow Zotero to process the query
    4. Go back to the Advanced tab of the Zotero Connector preferences, uncheck "Enable Logging" and click Submit to Zotero Server.
    5. You will be provided with a Debug ID (e.g., “D12345678”). Please post the Debug ID in this thread.
