Why there is no "Rating" option like Endnote?

When I use Endnote, there is an "Rating" option for each reference, so that I can label and rank them from most important to not important.

I sincerely want an option like that.

    Sorry this is not possible in Zotero yet. You can use tags for rating. If you add colour the the tag, then you see importance of the items directly on the middle pain.

    The problem with that is there are only 6 colored tags, which may be too few for rating for some users, and which may already be used for other purposes.

    Use "Extra" option and fill them with
