Trouble saving from Safari connector

Hi. When I try to save many articles (on databases and elsewhere) hovering over the Zotero icon tells me it will save as a Web Page with Snapshot, but when I click the button, nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

These are supported sites, Zotero is open, all software is up to date, Safari is not blocking cookies, I disabled all other extensions, and saving isn't failing on all sites so there's no need to reset translators. So here I am on step 12, posting on the forum. Nothing pops up at all when I try to save these sites (and more).

Just to make sure, did you generate this Debug ID by opening a tab with one of the URLs you have posted above and refreshing the page?

If you did, could you open

in Safari, press Command-Option-I, click the "Console" tab, copy the output, paste it in gist.github.com, and provide the link here to the gist?
