Restore to Online Library text size

The text of the Library dropdown box (and its label) and the labels for the radio buttons are much larger than the other text in the Reset tab of the Sync pane or any other text in the Zotero interface (size set to Medium). Is that intentional?

    The "Library" label was slightly too large, and the warning text accidentally became much smaller, but otherwise yes. It's fairly close to what we had there before (slightly larger headings), plus the addition of the library drop-down. The consequences of this tab can be pretty severe, so I think it's appropriate that it stands out.

    (I've fixed the two parts that were off.)
