Zotero Connector not translating webpages
Report ID: 1698075757
The Zotero Connector extension for Chrome does not seem to translate pages I am looking at. For example, whether I am looking at a journal article on westlaw.co.uk or at a newspaper on telegraph.co.uk the Zotero connector only seems to recognise the page as the default grey 'Web Page' icon.
Steps to replicate
1. Open Chrome
2. Go to desired webpage
3. Zotero Connector does not translate the page
I looked at the Report Error ans this was what was in the box:
[JavaScript Error: "Error: Only 0 translators present in cache. Resetting
at Object.init (chrome-extension://ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc/translators.js:87:20)
at Object.update (chrome-extension://ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc/translators.js:253:41)

Thank you.
Thanks you
But also, you're positive you've tried 11?
URL: http://thelinc.co.uk/
Debug ID: 1454404195
Zotero Version: 5.0.30
And if that's not a book icon -- what happens when you reload?
(The problem is that none of the pages you've mentioned so far are fully supported -- definitely not Westlaw and The Linc, The Telegraph used to work, but newspapers break easily.)
Okay I understand, are sites such as LexisLibrary, HeinOnline or JSTOR supported?
If not, is there any other way to place sources correctly in my library?
But if you don't get a book icon on Worldcat, something is definitely wrong. Could you provide another debug ID (from the connector) for loading or reloading that page, please?
@dstillman could you check the debug, please?

Edit: And I see the problem is the incorrect link (now fixed) on the troubleshooting page. Apologies for that.
