I am downloading ris from the databases and when I am going to import it to zotero it tells me that there is a format error. I also try to import pdf and it does not allow me either. I also try to take it to the web zotero and inform me of an error. Could you help me?

In general, you should use the Zotero save button in your browser to import items, rather than downloading records files to your computer then importing into Zotero.
