Upgrade StorageOffice Plugin Won't Install
MS Office 365 (16.8) and Zotero 5.0.29
When trying to install the MS Word Plugin:
Installation could not be completed because an error occurred.

I uninstalled Office & Zotero fully; Then reinstalled (thus the need to install the plug in). I did this because the fields don't seem to work when I insert a citation in which the author has an international character in his or her name. The field refresh doesn't work (nor is the correct MS Word Style applied) at all for the references section - no matter what references are included.
