Hi there. Almost every time I try to insert a zotero reference for the last 2 weeks, it has crashed my Word document. It doesn't matter if it is a new document with no other citations or if it's a chapter in my dissertation with a gajillion other citations. Crash it goes. Over and over.

Whatever the update was the happened a couple of weeks ago started the problem, and further updates have not fixed it. Please help. My PhD and a couple of conference papers (and my sanity) are at stake here.
