Save to Zotero failed
Report ID from Zotero stand-alone: 2133162132
Report ID from Zotero Chrome connector: 1349606348
I try to save some Nature papers (see below) to Zotero from Chrome, but get an error ("An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information.")
When I close stand-alone Zotero and save to online Zotero, it works okay.
Trying to save other papers from Nature doesn't give any problems either.
My colleague tried and was able to save the papers to Zotero on his laptop.

The publisher SpringerNature was purchased by Holtzbrinck Publishing Group. The websites of Nature Publishing Group have undergone several changes in the past few weeks. Alas, this makes it difficult to keep a current Zotero translator for that site. I've heard that there are likely to be further changes to this and other sites in the coming months as Holtzbrinck (now the world's largest publishing company) moves to a unified web experience. We may face challenges with Springer-Science+Business Media, Palgrave-Macmillan, and BioMed Central journal websites in addition to this Nature problem; as these are now all owned by HPG.
Worst case: If you encounter problems you may get the metadata you need by entering the doi into the MagicWand tool this will give you everything except the abstract which you can get by copy/paste from the website.
@adamsmith I do not remember any issues with nature.com for quite a while. The translator has broken fairly recently. So the given explanation as a background seems logical to me. Quite sad about that...
Any further problems let us know & thanks for reporting.
