Word 2017 (Version 15.39) zotero add on?

Hi, I'm using Word 2017 - version 15.39 and downloaded zotero 5.0.25.
I'm using Mac early 2015.
I can save articles from Chrome to Zotero, but the Word doesn't have a zotero add-in in it.
I looked up and tried measures suggested here. https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/65893/word-2017-version-15-34-mac-add-on

But it never worked.
When I click zotero - preferences - cite - word professors, it only shows "reinstall LibreOffice Add-in". Could you help me with showing Zotero in my Word?

    In Zotero, click Tools -> Add-ons. Is the Zotero Word Integration extension there and disabled? If so, enable it, then re-install the Word plugin in the Cite preferences.

    Check under Tools--> add-ons in Zotero that the Word add-on is enabled (it likely shows as disabled).
    Enable then re-install under Cite.

    Thanks for your comment. In Add-ons - Extensions, it just shows "Zotero LibreOffice Integration" and it is enabled. What should I do more? I wonder why it doesn't show "Zotero Word Integration". It only shows "Zotero LibreOffice Integration".

    This isn't usually necessary or helpful for most issues, but try to re-download Zotero from http://zotero.org/download and re-install it over the top of your existing installation.

    could you try updating Zotero? Not sure that'll help, but worth a try -- newest version is 5.0.27
