Search results show articles not in current folder

When I search for an article that exists in any of my libraries, it is appearing in my search results regardless of what folder or library I am currently in.
(I confirmed that the article is not in a given folder by sorting by creator, etc, and indeed it is not there).

(I noticed this behavior beginning today.)
