Upgrade StorageWord 15.40 Mac can not comunicate with Zotero Standalone 5.0

I have a new Word for my Mac (Version 15.40) and also downloaded the new Zotero. I am using Firefox. We treid to do everything described in your manuals and it still does not work to cite anything. When I click the cite button in Word the error massage is: „Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again.“
Can you help me?
