Upgrade Storagezotero is offline

I have a problem with zotero for firefox today. I use zotero for for about one month without any problem but today, when I tried to add citation using Zotero, this does'nt work. The icon remains grey and not working. when I click on it I am informed that "zotero is offline", sometime "save to zotero (embedded metadata)" or sometimes "save to zotero (web Page with Snapshop)" or "save to zotero (web Page with Snapshop)" or zotero connector is currently unavailable
please help me to solve my problem

and i had installed it before and used it without any problem
but today when i open firefox i dont see the z icon and there is just the icon of a paper that when i keep the mouse over this icon shows the sentence" save to zotero (embedded metadata)" and by cilcking on this item the message "saving item, saving to zotero.org.... zotero is offline" apppears. today zotero also does not work in microsoft office word

i just download the zotero5 and installed it again.
when i open zotero all of my refrences were there without any problem.
