[5.0] Feature Request: Improve the tag search when adding tags to an item
Update: Originally posted as a bug, but changed to feature request.
If I am adding a tag to an item, when I start typing in the new tag box, the search function will only find tags that START with what I am typing. This is different from the behavior in the tag selector, where the search will find tags that have the typed text anywhere in the tag name (and this is obviously, much more useful).
For example: If I have a tag "40CFR1065" and I want to add this to an item. If I type "CFR" in the add new tag box, the search results do *not* show the 40CFR1065 tag.

Gurdas_Sandhu@dstillman Could you please comment on this?
-
GracileYou're right but that was already the case in Zotero 4.0 (so it's a feature request).

Gurdas_SandhuI edited the post to include "feature request" in the title

Gurdas_Sandhu@dstillman Can this feature be included in a future version?
