Saving to Zotero standalone 5 - problem connect to Uni access
Hiya, I've just got the Zotero Standalone (ZS) and connected Firefox to it having used the old versions happily for years. I love Zotero!...hope you can help with prob below though.
I'm at the Uni of Leeds, UK, and I was trying to download this webpage
http://journals.sagepub.com/doi/abs/10.1177/0305735612471236
When not connected to Sage Journals through my Uni, I can download the ref to ZS with no probs. When connected via the Uni proxy (so I can read the pdf - which isn't freely available but is through the Uni), the page won't download into ZS. It says it is "Saving to My Library" but it doesn't appear in ZS.
If I click on the PDF and it opens in a new pane, I can download that to ZS from Sage Journals via the Uni proxy but it doesn't bring the associated metadata.
So I can EITHER have the pdf OR the reference but not both.
Can you help please?
Thanks Annie

Cambridge Online they do....
https://0-www-cambridge-org.wam.leeds.ac.uk/core/journals/british-journal-of-music-education
Wiley - nope...
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1111/bjc.12162/full
Taylor and Francis - nope...
http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/14613808.2014.899333
Via Uni, I tried saving to ZS from the Taylor and Francis link above. Nothing. But again, I can download the Pdf into ZS but no metadata option comes along. I've also accepted cookies from the T&F online but no luck there.
But not the Taylor and Francis.
You could try going into connector preferences and changing the proxy scheme to
http://0-%h[and the rest]
and see if that helps at a all. Your proxy setup is pretty unusual, so Zotero is struggling with it.http://0-%h.wam.leeds.ac.uk/%p
andhttps://0-%h.wam.leeds.ac.uk/%p
(the latter with 'https' and "Automatically convert hyphens to dots in proxied hostnames" enabled) will hopefully work.
