Style Request: International Review of the Red Cross

I would like to humbly request for this citation style to be created. It is for the International Review of the Red Cross.

PS: the journal name (Comparative Political Studies) and book name (Varieties of capitalism. The institutional foundations of comparative advantage) are supposed to be in italic. But somehow I cant do it here.
PPS: The journal does not require a bibliography. But Im assuming if it did then this is what it would look like.

As far as I can see there is actually no bibliography needed for this style, if I base it off the example paper.
