I've searched the discussions, but I couldn't find any answer to my question.

Is there any possibility to search notes in Zotero and have the search results highlighted?

No.
Searching in individual notes will, I believe, again be possible in Zotero 5.0
Searching all notes is already possible (via the search/advanced search function) but it doesn't highlight search results.
