Error connecting to server

Debug ID is D1584519157
It's impossible for me to synch. Zotero keeps telling me that i should check the internet connection, which by the way works just fine for all the other applications i'm working with.

    That Debug ID is from the connector, which is unrelated to syncing. Are you able to provide a Report ID from Zotero?

    Are you connecting via a proxy server, or are you running security software?
