Upgrade StorageWord for Mac Zotero Add-in missing
I am running Zotero standalone 5.0 with the add-in for Word for Mac version 15.16. The Zotero add-in seems to have disappeared from the add-in ribbon where it used to be and the keyboard shortcuts no longer work.
I have tried to reinstall it using the troubleshooting steps from the Zotero site. Each time it appears to re-install successfully, but it doesn't actually show up in Word (or at least I can't find it anywhere). I contacted Microsoft, and they told me they can't help with 3rd party add-ins.
I can find the Zotero.dotm file under global templates where it should be, but that doesn't seem to translate into anything in terms of actually using it.
Any thoughts out there?

adamsmithUpdate Word. The most recent version is 15.38. 15.16 is two years old. It appears thus an update somewhere in the mid-thirties has improved add-in installation dramatically (i.e. got rid of related bugs).
