Upgrade StorageReplace & with and in CSL

I am trying create a german version of the APA CSL. In order to achieve that I need to replace the "&" sign with the corresponding word in some language (for my specific case german). While I am able to change almost every other thing in the csl, I fail with this. I greatly appreciate your help.

If you change that to and="text" it will now give you the word "and" or the equivalent translation automatically, i.e. "und" in your case.
