Zotero 5.0 Saving from web pages using the Folder translator icon fails

I am trying to save from a webpage inside UpToDate, a medical database. When there are several sources of information on one page, the translator icon turns to a folder as expected, and a popup box lists all of the sources I could select as a reference.

I check the box for the appropriate citation and select it. It appears to be saving the citation to Zotero but it never appears at all.

I have tried this numerous times today using Zotero 5.0 with FireFox and with Chrome. Several of my students have also tried with no success. I succeeded in capturing the citation only once.

Perhaps I am doing something wrong? Any advice appreciated.

We always need example URLs for translator failures.

UpToDate is a proprietary database that you can only access via subscription so any URL I provide will fail since you cannot login.

I tried a search on Google Scholar: https://scholar.google.com/scholar?hl=en&q=hypoglycemia&as_sdt=1,5&as_sdtp=&oq=hypog

I seems to work fine, which makes me think the problem is related to the UpToDate database.

I tried to paste in a screen shot without success. Is it possible to send screen shots?

Any advice appreciated.

We still need a URL. You can x out identifying information about your institution if you want to.

It will -- I have another error report for up-to-date, but am not currently able to replicate the issue. I'll take another stab, but I may have some follow-up questions.

Can someone find a way to get me temporary access to the paid version of the site? This is working for me on the free version (which has just a text snippet and the bibliography) and on the saved version of the page that thambu sent me some time ago, so I'm at a bit of a loss how to fix this.
