Upgrade StorageStle request : modify Intensive care medicine style

I want to modify the ICM style to cite all authors instead of the three first ones followed by et al,
These are the revue recommandations:
Intensive care medicine style
Authors name followed with the first letter of his las name, all the authors must be cited, the last name of the last one followed with a comma, publication year between brackets, complete title of the article, revue title (medicus index abreviation), volume then double dots, space then pages numbers separated by -
Exemple 1. O’Horo JC, Cawcutt KA, De Moraes AG, Sampathkumar P, Schears

Where did you find these instructions and the O'Horo example? I can't find it on their website.
In their current guidelines they show to only give the first three authors followed by et al.
These are recommandations from the french revue of intensive care medicine inspired from intensive care medicine style. I don't know how to adapt the ICM style to these recommandations especially put all the authors instead of the first three ones. That's why you coudn't find these recommandations on their website...

The link I posted some hours ago. Right click on it and save as a .csl file. You can then usually just double click on it and install the style.
Can you close the Pull Request you just made on GitHub?
