No saving of page when klicking on zotero plug in

I re-installed Zotero but now if I click on the Zotero button in firefox, nothing happens anymore and Zotero is not saving the page I want to source.

Do you have any Idea why and how I can change it back to normal function ?

    The newest Zotero for citation, Mozzila Firefox,
    it is about safe snapshot.

    But it seems now that over night the problem dissolved and it is working.

    Anyways if anyone has a solution why this happened feel free to tell me ?! :)
