Zotero unable to restore files from my webav server

I get an error (number of error report 1136533354) when one from my files in Zotero library was deleted outside (usually Zotero upload file from webAv storage with out problem). I could add that for some files in my library this works, but for this one and several other some not.

    Can you provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) for trying to download that file?

    I turned on Zotero Debug and get this
