please, can somebody provide the NEL style for Zotero, which is currently available only for Endnotes? [http://www.nel.edu/NEL_2013.ens = author-date citations and an alphabetically-sorted, numbered, bibliography].

No such tool exists as the two systems are completely different.
But if you spend 10min on preparing everything and the team here spends 2h on producing a style we can help many, many scientists and not waste hours of their time as they're using certain softwares or manually writing bibliographies. They got better things to do ;)
