Upgrade StorageReport ID: 1906770697 Firefox Connector not working
I am using Firefox 55.0, Zotero 5.0.8, and Firefox Connector 5.0.16, and macOS Sierra 10.12.6. Though the connector installed without problems, I cannot get it to read webpages correctly, and it rarely saves items when I click the Zotero image in the toolbar. It reads all pages as "webpage with snapshot," and for the most part nothing happens when I click the icon. I have restarted Firefox, Zotero, and my computer and reinstalled the connector.

dstillman Zotero TeamSee if 5.0.17 works any better. If not try disabling all your other Firefox extensions to see if that helps.

MariJorstadExactly the same problem with 5.0.17. I have no other Firefox extensions (new computer)

adomasven Zotero TeamTry updating translators in Zotero Preferences -> General and then resetting translators in the Connector under Preferences -> Advanced and seeing if that helps.
