big problem : citations moove up in footpages (N+1 become N , N+2 become N+1 ...)

Hi

I’ve a big problem with my .doc - my thesis that I have to print this week :(
I was finished little corrections and i’ve seen that all reference in citation are moved up.
I think that there is a problem between the correspondence between numbers of footpages and citation index.
Citation N+1 is becoming citation N, N+2 become N+1, ....
I try to find the first "mooving"
but in any case, I don't now how I can to fix it automatically. I hope that I don't have to do this manually (and I fear to have more big problems with cut & past.)

Anybody could help me ?

Many Thanks in advance for your answer

  • Click "Refresh Citations" in Zotero addon interface and see if that helps. There will be no progress-bar and Word/Zotero might appear like they've frozen, depending on how big the document is, so just let it run.
  • It was my feeling but during the process, I have some posts like this one :
"Zotero a rencontré une erreur lors de la mise à jour de votre document.

The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -1712.) @[displayAlert:document.m:186]
    "

    Many thanks !

Okay, so it is likely that your edits somehow broke Zotero citation integration. Most probably it's just a single citation that's causing havoc. you should see the debugging broken documents instructions, particularly point 8, to isolate it quickly.
  • Thanks

I lets the computer during few minutes and most of problems were resolved !
Few errors stays but I don(t know why. I do modifications manually.

    Thanks for your help
