Attachment of Library Sync

Hi,
I have 4 libraries and I would like to download full papers (attachments) just 2 of them.
And also I would like to see another two of them like "Sync attachment files in groups libraries using Zotero storage as needed".
How can I do that?

    In the sync settings, change the “Download attachment files” to “as needed”.

    But it makes all libraries as needed. I mean that I would like to make 2 of 4 "as needed and other ones "at sync times"
